Mountain View Dogs LLC
Specializing in decoding the anxious, fearful, or misunderstood dog.
Over my 15 years experience I have learned how to decode a dog and what makes them operate. I have an innate ability to read a dog’s body and behaviors to formulate an appropriate plan of action. By getting to the root of a behavior, we can build a training plan to address the concerning behaviors at the source. Dogs are sensitive creatures with unique needs, by creating a wholistic approach to behavior training we can build communication and understanding while tackling undesirable behavior.
When you chose to work with me, we will create a custom program to achieve your training and behavior goals. We will work to together to support your dog through behavior challenges and build harmony back into your life and home.
Our Story,
Rowan is an 8 year old Weimaraner, he is the most sensitive and intelligent dog I have ever experienced. Over a 3 year period our life became unstable and unpredictable as we navigated life’s hurtles. During this time Rowan lost his oldest brother (far left of top photo) and we changed homes 2 times, as well as 2 job changes causing massive routine changes. He developed intense anxiety whenever he did not received direct attention from myself, being separated from me, and any new change in routine. His anxiety triggered my own anxiety and mine his, this created a huge imbalance and lots of miscommunication.
It was time to focus my years of experience on my own dog and figure out how to support his anxiety and regain balance and harmony in our home. So, we started a wholistic approach to help manage this anxiety and help him feel safe and secure again in our new home, and new life changes. Rowan’s Journey is on going but you can follow along on his journey through our YouTube channel or podcast.
